Excuses

I would like to be easier on myself. I would like to give myself a break. So, maybe, instead, I’ll give you a break. You know, it’s so hard to get things done these days, isn’t it? We have too many forces competing for our attention.

You’re too young. No? Too old? You ran out of time. It was too hard. It was too cold. Too hot. Too steep. Too many steps. You had no help. You were tired.

I am out of excuses. I have to do what I have to do.

Don’t make excuses and don’t talk about it. Do it.
